Duff Goldman ensures that his little girl gets what she wants for her birthday – even if it’s a brain cake.
In a sweet Instagram post, she shared on Sunday, February 9, a well -known chef of a pastry shop, a 50 -year -old, explained why he designed an edible version of the central organ for the nervous system for her daughter Josephine’s birthday party.
“So, after a Halloween, I asked Josephine what kind of cake he wanted about her birthday, and she immediately said” the brain, “Goldman wrote in his inscription.
He said that he and his daughter, whom he shared with his wife Johnn Colbry, laughed at that thought, but concluded that he would change his mind before her birthday arrived.
“I asked the Witch’s Night and she didn’t change her answer once. She wanted the brain. I’m a cake guy, if my daughter wants the brain, she gets a brain,” he said.

Goldman’s photo showed him smiling as he wore a pink brain cake – along with big Googly eyes and candles – into a family and friends room.
“Josephine is 4?! That blows my mind,” is written below the purple glaze.

“How are you already 4?!?” Goldman wrote a homage to his birthday on February 1. “You’re going great, your baby. It is a hard work of growing up, thinking that the world works, thinking that you are doing and thinking never stops. ”
He added, “It’s a fun part. It never becomes boring if you still be curious. Don’t change. Happy birthday to Josephine.”

Goldman had previously opened up about paternity, speaking to the people in December 2023 that his journey was inspired by Josephine by weight loss.
“I’m 48 years old. I have a two -year -old. You’re doing mathematics,” he said.
“Making the right decisions becomes so fewer little things because you make those decisions for someone who relies on you,” said the star of the People’s food network, referring to Josephine.

Just a few months later, in February 2024, Goldman talked to people again about how a car accident almost left Josephine without a father.
As they drove home from the Los Angeles airport, the vehicle he traveled was hit by another.
“I just saw my wife and daughter. That was crazy,” Goldman told People. “And then it’s boom, the fall happened.”
