Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has talented children!
On Thursday, Nov. 21, the actor’s wife, singer Lauren Hashian, shared a video on Instagram of their daughters Jasmine, 8, and Tiana, 6, doing a voiceover for the upcoming Moana continuation.
The video opens with the girls, dressed in matching dresses, entering the filming booth at Walt Disney Animation Studios in awe as they survey the large set inspired by the animated franchise that started with the 2016 film.
The clip then cuts to the girls grinning from ear to ear as they recite some of their lines as Johnson, 52, who voices the demigod character Maui, sits behind them. Although the details of their characters are unknown, their animated counterparts appear to be close in age.

“Much better than Dad,” he declares.

Hashian, who married Johnson in August 2019, wrote in the caption that their daughters will be a part of the film made for “the sweetest and MOST FUNNY day.”
“So exciting the munchkins got to voice the characters for MOANA 2!! MOANA-BE’s! Moana’s mini fan club on her island 😍🥹🌺 Tonight will be the first time we all get to watch it and hear their little voices life… barely we can contain the excitement,” Hashian, 40, wrote, noting that the film “really always meant the world to them.”

According to the official synopsis, Moana 2 follows Moana (Auli’i Cravalho) three years after her first voyage as she embarks “on an extensive journey in search of people beyond the shores of Motunui.”
“Joined by Maui and an all-new crew of incredible seafarers, Moana must journey to the far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced,” the synopsis adds. Johnson, who also said he is the father of a 23-year-old daughter, Simone, with ex-wife Dany Garcia Party tonight in February that Moana 2 is “very exciting”.
“I can’t wait for the fans to see the film, the technology, the effects, the cutting edge. We were all really committed to it. We thought if we’re going to make a sequel to something so beloved, let’s really go for it,” he said.

Moana 2 hits theaters on Wednesday, November 27. Johnson also stars in the live-action adaptation of the first film, which will be released on July 10, 2026.
