Two people were seen walking down the road looking at their devices before two hooded thieves sped past on their e-bikes.
The video was shared on X by the Metropolitan Police and shows the details from the moment the theft took place to the moment the thieves were caught.
The two suspects were arrested in “less than 2 hours”, according to the Met, after officers and a helicopter team chased them.
This follows a series of phone hijackings across central London by the men, specifically in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea.

This happened in the space of just one hour.

The bodycam then shows them with their hands behind their heads at the entrance of their front door.
Tasers were pointed at them and the arrests are believed to have been made shortly afterwards.
The pair face a joint sentence of more than five years.
