Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford will continue to run their money-making media company together despite announcing they are splitting up.
The pair co-own media company Holmes & Away Ltd, and documents published at Companies House this month show they recently confirmed they will remain co-directors of the company for at least another year.

It comes after The Sun revealed that Ruth and Eamonn split when she found messages between him and another woman on a laptop.
Her shock revelation six weeks ago led to the announcement that they were separating after 14 years of marriage.
But despite the turmoil, Ruth, 64, and Eamonn, also 64, have vowed to retain joint control of their lucrative media company.
They set up Holmes & Away Ltd in 2009 and have paid £164,000 in income tax over the past two years, meaning they have made around £1m in that period.

The nature of the company is described as a ‘radio broadcasting’ company and Eamonn is listed as managing director and Ruth as director of operations.
Ruth also runs a media company on her own called Hey Ho Ltd, which is worth £2m, according to books filed this year.
Eamonn’s own broadcasting company, Red, White & Green Ltd, meanwhile, has far more modest earnings of £18,000.
The now-separated couple, who previously co-hosted This Morning, confirmed they were divorcing last month.
A brief statement released by their representatives read: “Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed that their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing.”
It has since been revealed that Eamonn has become close friends with the blonde spinster, who is in her 40s and works as a relationship counsellor.

The Belfast-born presenter accompanied her on outings, including a trip to a safari park, and showered her with gifts.
A photograph has emerged of Eamonn at a safari park in February and it is thought the woman can be seen through the rear window of the vehicle.
It is understood that the messages Ruth came across were also from the same blonde lady.
A source said: “Ruth was completely surprised when she saw the messages.
“She had no idea what was going on between them. She was devastated.
“Not only was she very upset, but she was also angry.”
TV presenter Eamonn has moved out of his and Ruth’s marital home in Surrey.
