Rain of the stars is a legendary spell Elden’s ring Obtained from a chest stored in the Heretical Rise Spire, a tower northeast of Giant’s Peak. The Heretical Rise Tower is sealed by a magical barrier that can only be broken by solving puzzles. To reach the location of this legendary spell, Tarnished must defeat the boss of the Legacy Dungeon in the royal capital, Mogot the Omen King. The protagonist will then receive the Rold Medal, which is used to activate the Rold Grand Lift and reach the top of the Giant’s Quarter.
After crossing a treacherous overpass guarded by Golem archers, the adventurers must head northeast along a frozen river to reach a large glacial lake guarded by the dragon Borealis the Freezing Fog. From here, visitors must head south to Marika’s First Church, then climb the snow-capped peaks in the northwest, following the Whiteridge Road to the Heretical Rise.
The goblin’s pedestal in front of the blockaded tower entrance will display the following message: “Snowing marks the unseen.” This hint refers to the psychedelic layer, which forms an invisible path from the rear balcony to the interior of the tower. This invisible bridge will appear after Tarnished checks the hint of the goblin statue Eldon’s Ring.
Elden Ring: How to get Rain of Founding Stars
Solve Heretical Rise and puzzles Elden’s ring, the player must go to the ruins of Grace Ice Lake. From across the frozen river, head west up the hill until you come across a broken bridge. Online game players may see some notices or blood stains on the clearing leading to a building on the opposite cliff. The width of the Unreal layer will match the broken bridge, meaning the player can safely cross a small distance.
Upon reaching a certain point on the float, the invisible passage breaks and winds up the back balcony of Heretic Heights. Faint snow clouds will indicate where the invisible trail goes up. However, depending on the weather and time of day, this white dust can be barely noticeable. Therefore, Tarnished recommends dropping Rainbow Stones to see hidden floors. Additionally, spells like Glintsstone Pebble or weapon abilities like Hoarfrost Stomp will reveal traces of the Ghost Class. When you step onto the tower’s balcony, the seal on Heretic Rising will be lifted. Tarnished can now go to the top of the mansion to find the Rain of the Founding Star in the treasure chest. However, watch out for the nimble mechanical gargoyles and heavily armed soldiers guarding the tower’s stairs.
