Wedding bells are ringing for Hailie Jade Scott!
The 28-year-old influencer, the daughter of rapper Eminem, married Evan McClintock. Scott shared the big news on Instagram on Monday, May 20, along with a series of stunning wedding photos.
“Waking up a woman this week 🥲💍,” she captioned it, before looking back on her special day.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better, more beautiful weekend celebration. So many happy tears were shed, laughs and smiles and so much love was felt,” Scott continued. “Evan and I are so grateful for all the family and friends who have traveled to support us and be a part of this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife 🤍.”
Scott said “I do” in a strapless white dress with a classic neckline and a dramatic ruched hemline and train. Her hair was styled in a simple updo with a tulle veil and she carried a bouquet of all-white flowers. McClintock wore a classic black tuxedo.

In the photos, the newlyweds kissed in front of a church covered in white flowers and greenery and sitting on top of a classic convertible. Scott also shared a photo of her now-husband looking overcome with emotion during the ceremony.
The couple — who met while students at Michigan State University — announced their engagement in February 2023, after six years of dating. Scott shared the news in an Instagram post with several photos of her and McClintock celebrating the special moment, including a photo of him on one knee and a shot of the pair popping a bottle of champagne.
“Optional weekend recap… 😭💗 4/2/23 💍 love you @evanmcclintock11,” she captioned the post.
In May 2023, Scott shared photos from their rooftop engagement party in Detroit. According to Just a little shady podcast host, even an untimely allergy flare-up earlier in the day didn’t dampen her spirits as she and her fiancé toasted their future together surrounded by family and friends.
“I woke up with the worst allergies, so now I’m doing everything I can to get puffy and decongested,” she explained in an Instagram makeup tutorial that showed her getting ready for the evening.

“I’m pretty natural at eye makeup because I actually do quite a few outfit changes,” she continued. “We’re taking engagement pictures before the party since we’re already getting ready, so it made sense.”

She then took to Instagram to share a separate reel filled with pictures from Erika Christina Photo’s party and engagement shoot, including snaps of the couple looking into each other’s eyes at a bar and sharing a kiss in another sweet moment.
The couple opted for formal attire for the occasion, with Scott dressed in a white halter dress and stilettos on the back, and McClintock dressed in a light gray suit. They later made a few more wardrobe changes for their photo shoot. Scott slipped into a black dress and an all-white look consisting of pants and a strapless top, while her fiance donned a black and maroon suit.
While Scott isn’t shy about showing off her outfits and daily adventures on Instagram, she’s kept her relationship pretty private over the years — though she’s shared snaps of McClintock on special occasions, including her 21st birthday, St. Patrick’s Day in 2017 and Halloween in 2018.

Scott’s dad has also been tight-lipped about his daughter’s private life, but expressed his approval of her relationship when he mentioned her and McClintock in a 2020 interview. Hotboxin’ with Mike Tysonwhere the boxer asked if Scott had any children.
“No babies. Just a boy. She’s doing well,” Eminem said of his daughter, who has been mentioned nearly two dozen times in his songs during his rap career. – She must have made me proud.
