Erin Foster Claims Chad Michael Murray Had ‘Egregious’ Affair with Sophia Bush While They Were Dating

Erin Foster gets candid about her relationship with ex-boyfriend Chad Michael Murray.

The OC alum and daughter of David Foster opened up about her love life in the latest episode of her and sister Sarah Foster The first podcast in the worldand stated that Murray (42) left her in the past.

“I was also featured in that DeuxMoi thing with Chad Michael Murray. It said, ‘And apparently he cheated on her with Sophia Bush,'” Erin, 41, admitted with a laugh.

“By the way, DeuxMoi isn’t – they don’t lie. I mean, that happened too,” Sara, 42, added.

“I mean, yeah,” Erin agreed, claiming, “He definitely cheated on me with her in, like, a pretty outrageous way while we were living together.”

PEOPLE has reached out to representatives for Murray and Bush for comment.

Foster, who dated Murray from 2001 to 2002 before his breakout role as Lucas Scott on the hit WB teen drama One Tree Hillhe did not say if this was the main reason for their split.

“However, I continued on. Now I’m over it,” the Hardly known the star said on her podcast, jokingly adding, “I mean, I’m barely over it.”

Murray met Bush (41) on set One Tree Hill and began dating in 2003. They married in April 2005 in an oceanfront ceremony in Santa Monica, California, but split five months later. Bush initially filed for an annulment, citing fraud as the reason for the divorce, though they eventually finalized the divorce in December 2006.

Murray later married Sarah Roemer in 2015 and the couple share three children, the latest of whom was welcomed in August.

As for Bush, she married Grant Hughes in June 2022 at the City Clerk’s Office in Tulsa, Oklahoma. However, the actress has filed for an official dissolution of her 13-month marriage to Hughes.

“Sophia and Grant have been friends for 10 years and bonded during COVID through their love of community service,” a source close to the couple told PEOPLE at the time. “They continue to run their nonprofit together and remain good friends.”

Recently, Bush has been spending time with professional soccer player Ashlyn Harris.

“After years of being friends and in the same social circles, Sophia and Ashlyn went out for their first dinner a few weeks ago,” a source from their social circle told PEOPLE this week. “It’s so recent, and they’re both starting new chapters.”

In September, Harris (38) filed for divorce from her wife and fellow football professional Ali Krieger, with whom she shares two children.
