Since 2011, Ethan Cutkosky has played Carl Gallagher in Shameless. Since then, he has appeared in more than 125 episodes of the popular drama. However, Shameless is not only his most significant role as an actor; it’s also the show that brought him and his girlfriend together. Cutkosky met his girlfriend Brielle Barbusca on the set of Shameless in 2015. Barbusca appeared in one episode of #AbortionRules in 2016, according to her IMDb profile.
The couple was tight-lipped about how they met and fell in love. However, they regularly post about each other on Instagram. In February 2017, she celebrated Valentine’s Day by uploading a photo of herself and Cutkosky. She called him “My Valentine” in the title of the post. Barbusca also posted a photo from a walk with Cutkosky in March 2018. He was seen carrying her bag, and she mentioned it in the caption.
“Thanks for being the best hiking companion (and carrying my bag when I got lazy) [Heart emoji].”
Cutkosky and his girlfriend were previously linked to divorce after Barbusca allegedly “deleted every picture of her with Ethan from his social media.” There have been no further rumors about the two breaking up, with many speculating that she deleted his pictures to keep their relationship more secret.
