Fahim Saleh was a 33-year-old American entrepreneur and computer programmer. He was the CEO and co-founder of Gokada, Pathao, and Jo-bike. On July 13, 2020, he was murdered in his seventh-floor apartment in Manhattan.

In 1991, when Fahim was four years old, his parents immigrated to the United States in search of a better life and a quality education for their children.
A bright, curious, energetic and happy child, Fahim developed a keen interest in technology at an early age. Every time his parents bought him new toys, he would take them apart to find out how they were made.
He started several online projects as a teenager and became financially independent by the ninth grade. He paid his own way through school, and in 2009, Fahim graduated from Bentley University.

Fahim grew up watching his father struggle to make a living in the United States. He was determined to alleviate his father’s hardships. At the age of 10, he used to buy candies from local stores and sell them to classmates at a higher price. After doing this for a few days, Fahim asked his father to buy him a jewelry making kit for his birthday. He used the jewelry making kit to make beaded bracelets and necklaces and then sold them at a nearby playground. This was his second business. Later, he learned about the Internet and taught himself how to program a computer. At the age of 12, he created his first website using a programming language. He soon discovered that creating a website could also make money. Therefore, he created many online projects and began to make a lot of money. Pranks and surprises are his main hobbies. While still in high school, he created a prank website, prankdial.com, which allows users to make prank calls to people. As of 2018, Prankdial has earned him more than $10 million.
In 2015, he launched Pathao, a digital platform that provides on-demand car-sharing, food delivery, logistics, and payment services. As of 2020, the company is available in major cities in Bangladesh and Nepal, with approximately 100,000 drivers and 1,200 employees. In January 2018, he partnered with a Nigerian entrepreneur to launch Gokada, a motorcycle taxi company that provides services in Nigeria.
As of March 2019, Gokada has grown its operations significantly in Nigeria and has raised $5.3 million.

On July 13, 2020, Fahim was murdered in his Manhattan apartment after completing a three-mile run. His body was found the next day, cut into pieces and thrown into a garbage bag. Police arrested his former administrative assistant, Tyrese Haspil, 21, and charged him with murder.
