Fast food chain launches ‘game-changing’ breakfast KEBAB for £5.99 — and it could go nationwide within months

The fast-food chain has launched breakfast kebabs — available from 7am.

A new twist on the post-pub platter might appeal to darts fan Luke Littler.

The £5.99 German doner kebab combo features a roll or wrap filled with chicken or beef plus egg, scallions and sliced tomato.

Fans get extra hash bites – and if they’re still hungry they can tuck into “seconds” of Kit-Kat chip waffles.

The menu is being trialled at central London restaurant GDK and at Baldock service station, on the A1 in Hertfordshire.

GDK, which has 130 UK eateries after launching in 2015, could expand its offering across the country within months.

CEO Simon Wallis called the dawn doner a “game changer”, adding: “Our mission is to bring the kebab out of the shadows and overturn stereotypical associations.”

Tungsten thrower Luke, 16, mocked the doner to celebrate every game he won at the World Darts Championship.

GDK’s treat is lighter than a late-night meat pitta.

It could hit hungover travelers.
