The former couple lived together in a luxury London property before divorcing in 2018.
Ant moved into the house with his then-wife, but after their marriage ended, the £5m home went to Lisa, who is understood to be currently renting the villa.
The London Fire Brigade said the fire broke out in Grove Park Gardens and a 32m ladder was placed at the scene.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire broke out early in the morning near the back of the house.
The photos show smoke billowing from the villa and flames rising into the sky.
A local man was running back and forth with bottles of water for the firefighters to drink in the heat.
Firefighters were first notified of the fire at 9:46 a.m.
Although the cause of the fire is not yet known, it is said to have started on the second floor at the back of the house.
Crews from Chiswick, Hammersmith, Richmond and surrounding fire stations are at the scene.
Ant’s famous comedian Declan Donnelly is also on the same street in the leafy suburb of Chiswick.
He lives with wife Ali Astall and their children, Isla and Jack, after reportedly buying his seven-bedroom house for £1.9 million in 2006.
A statement from London Fire Brigade said: “Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters responded to the fire at Grove Park Gardens in Chiswick.
“The teams responded to the fire in the house, and one of the brigade’s 32-meter ladders was deployed at the scene of the incident.
“The brigade was first called about the fire at 09:46 and the incident was under control by 11:52. Crews from Chiswick, Hammersmith, Richmond and surrounding fire stations are at the scene.
“The cause of the fire is under investigation.”
