Former Bachelorette Hannah Brown Arrives on Bachelor in Paradise to Test the Singles’ Relationships

When it’s Thursday Bachelor in Paradise Olivia Lewis was still feeling shaken by Will Uren for ditching her date with Kylee Russell.

But then Kylee, 25, hoped to meet him – Aven Jones of Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey Bachelor season — arrived at the beach with a business card.

“Aven is fine,” 24-year-old Olivia said in an on-camera interview. “If Kylee can take Will, I’ll take Aven.”

Aven, 29, pulled Kylee over for a chat, which made Will, 30, nervous. “The best case scenario is that he takes Olivia out on a date,” he told Blake Moynes.

Aven also talked to Olivia, but ended up choosing Kylee to go on a date with. “It hurt because I wanted to go on a date,” Olivia said in the interview.

It hurt Will too.

“My soul left my body,” Will said in his own interview. “My anxiety is at its peak. I do not know what to do. All I can think is, ‘God, please take me with you now’.”

Before going on the date, Kylee told Will that her dating Aven would “only make us stronger.”

“I just want to think before I do it and really make sure it’s what I want,” she continued.

Kylee and Aven took off on the boat and he tried to open a bottle of champagne – to no avail. He ended up breaking the cork and had to use a wine bottle opener to get it out.

“It doesn’t surprise me how much I like you in person,” Aven told Kylee, alluding to their past flirtation on social media.

They kissed, and Kylee immediately started taking forever pictures with Avena. “I would love to wake up next to him every day for the rest of my life,” she said.

BURNING QUESTIONS

On the beach, Mercedes Northup thought Aaron Bryant was “playing games” because he started hooking up with Eliza Isichei after they kissed the night before.

Eliza, 27, said she got “excited” after Aaron B., 30, told her “that me and Mercedes had a moment last night” because she was involved in a love triangle last summer.

Eliza told the other ladies that she had “no idea” about Aaron B. and Mercedes, 25, and “I would have done things differently today if I had known what happened.”

Aaron B. admitted to Eliza that he “didn’t do this right,” but Eliza forgave him.

“I really like you and I think that’s why I had this whole moment right now, because I don’t think I realized how much I like you,” Eliza told Aaron B.

Then came former Bachelorette Hannah Brown who was presented with a card by host Jesse Palmer. Hannah, 28, spoke to some of the men and the women became concerned that she might steal their men.

“She’s Taylor Swift Bachelor Nation,” Jess said of Hannah.

Hannah eventually informed the group that “I’ve found love and a happily ever after, so I won’t be joining you on the beach.” Instead, she would hold a bonfire where she would ask the actors burning questions.

Hannah started by asking Catherine “Cat” Wong and Brooklyn Willie who they wanted to hook up with and kiss – and they both said Peter Cappio.

When Sean McLaughlin said he felt “great” about his relationship status with Rachel, 27, Hannah asked him who else he had his eye on in Paradise. She also asked Blake, 32, if he was ready to meet other people besides Jess, 24.

“I don’t know if I’d risk ruining Jess and my relationship with anyone at this point, but I’d say I’d still be open to the potential if someone came down,” Blake replied.

Jess admitted on camera that Blake’s response “kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.”

While Brayden Bowers insisted to Hannah that he had a “one-sided opinion” about Kat Izzo when asked who else he’d like to date, Kat, 26, said she was hoping for some other arrivals – particularly Seasons of Rachel’s Tyler Norris and Gabby Windey and Tanner Courtad from Charity Lawson’s season.

Hannah ended by asking Olivia who she would like to send home, and of course Olivia said Kylee.

When Kylee and Aven returned, Kylee talked to Will about how it went.

“You are literally everything and more than I could ask for in a life partner,” she told Will. “But, like, I think today I just… there was a spark for Aven and me. It was like undeniable.”

Will admitted in an interview: “I’m crazy. I’m upset.”

FIRST ROSE CEREMONY

Will completely forgot about Kylee when Mercedes showed interest in him at the cocktail party.

“It’s a good feeling to be chosen,” he admitted. “It feels good to be true.”

So good, in fact, that it brought Will to tears as he cuddled up to Mercedes and informed him that she shared a name with his grandmother. “Look at God,” she said.

Meanwhile, Cat, 26, Olivia and Greer Blitzer scrambled to get Peter’s rose, the only one that seemed up for grabs. But Peter, 33, wanted to choose Samantha “Sam” Jeffries, who was in a relationship with Aaron Schwartzman.

Peter decided to talk to Sam, 28, and ask her Peter asks her if she saw “a red flag or a maturity thing” with Aaron S., 34.

Aaron S. got wind of the conversation and Aaron S. confronted Peter. Aaron S. asked Peter if he was calling Sam, 27, immature, and after denying it for a while, Peter finally admitted, “I used the word ‘immature’.”

The rose ceremony began with Brayden giving his rose to Kat, after which Blake presented his to Jess and Aaron B. presented his to Eliza. Will continued by giving his rose to Mercedes, Sean’s went to Rachel, and Aven gave his rose to Kylee. Aaron S. still wanted Sam to get his rose despite the dust, and in the end Peter offered his rose to Olivia.

This meant that Cat, Brooklyn and Greer had to leave paradise.
