A former employee of Sean “Diddy” Combs claims he organized sex parties for the Bad Boy Records founder and was responsible for cleaning up afterward, according to a new complaint.
Phillip Pines, who claims to have worked for Combs between 2019 and 2021, says the parties were called “Wild King Nights.”
Pines is suing the rapper for sexual assault, sex trafficking and intentional infliction of emotional pain, among other claims.
In a civil complaint filed Monday, Dec. 23, obtained by PEOPLE, Pines said Combs repeatedly instructed him to place “red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana, packages male libido honey, baby oil, astro glides, towels, illegal drugs and powerful sex machines.”
Pines claimed he was “expected to be on call” for the “Wild King Nights,” which could last for days.
“On several occasions, [Pines] received a request to bring additional baby oil, astroglide, marijuana, sex toys, Plan B, Cialis or illegal drugs into the room,” the complaint states.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of drugging and sexually assaulting 39-year-old who passed out: Appeal
Pines claims that after parties, he was tasked with removing drug evidence, condoms, sex toys, and body stains and urine from bedding and furniture.
He was also allegedly ordered to delete all incriminating videos from Combs’ personal devices including laptops and phones; make sure no one talks about the events afterwards; and giving large tips to hotel cleaners “to avoid the cleaner reporting anything that would later be charged,” the complaint said.
Pines claims he was Combs’ “personal servant” and treated him “like an animal playing fetch to prove his loyalty,” according to the lawsuit.
Pines also claims that Combs forced him to have sex with a guest.

It also alleges that Combs had COVID-19 during his 51st birthday party but kept it quiet.
“One of those celebrities contracted COVID and called them to let them know he had contracted COVID and wanted to make sure no one at the party had COVID,” the complaint states. “[Pines] he was instructed to remain silent.”
In a statement to PEOPLE when contacted about Pines’ lawsuit, Combs’ legal team said, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial judicial process to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
