In 2011, he joined IndiGo as a first officer and started working as a captain in 2014 with IndiGo New Delhi. In May 2019, he joined Air New Delhi as a captain. In 2016, he created his YouTube channel “FitMuscle TV” which focuses on fitness and health. His first video on this channel was “Is Aamir Khan’s transformation in Dangal natural?” His YouTube channel “FitMuscle TV” has more than 1.5 million subscribers.

Suspended by AirAsia India
On June 14, 2020, he tweeted that he had been suspended by AirAsia India for making the following remarks:
AirAsia ignored necessary safety measures to protect the safety of its pilots, passengers and aircraft.”
Later, he uploaded a YouTube video on his channel regarding the suspension. In the video, he said,
What would people do to achieve their goals? They would land with flaps 3, regardless of safety. “This directly affects passenger safety. If an accident occurs during a flaps 3 landing, the pilot will be asked whether he or she cares more about saving fuel or 180 passengers.”
Metro Birthday Celebrations
On July 9, 2022, a large number of Taneja’s fans gathered at a metro station to celebrate his birthday, following which the YouTuber was arrested by the Noida police under Sections 341 (punishment for wrongful confinement) and 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC); he was released on the same day. After his release, the YouTuber and his wife Ritu announced on social media that they would take legal action against the Noida police for their arrest.

Well, I started working out when I was in school. Like most people, I was also inspired by Salman Khan. However, back then, my dad had a pair of dumbbells, so I used them for my workouts (around 20-25 pounds). Also, my school in Kanpur used to have a gym, so I used to go there 45 minutes before classes to work out. I still remember that I used to bring an extra set of clothes for my early morning gym sessions. In fact, right from my school days, I was an avid reader of books on nutrition and fitness.
