But they admitted they still don’t have access to her phone to see her movements – and continued to turn nothing off.

Detectives searching for missing mum Gaynor are “linking up” with Nicole Bulley officers to figure out “lessons learnt”.

Gaynor was seen beaming as she left work in the gin concession at Jarrolds department store early at 2.44pm on Friday.

She was then filmed running – running – through Norwich city centre, in the opposite direction of her home, before entering the cathedral grounds at 2.44pm.

Officers now believe she may have met someone at the cathedral who could solve the mystery of her disappearance.

Officers said the key to explaining the missing 34 minutes around the church grounds was with an inquiry into her home life showing Gaynor had no apparent concerns.

No further sightings of Gaynor were reported until 15:22 when she was seen leaving the Cathedral Quarter.

She was last seen on CCTV at 4.01pm between the cathedral and the park where her clothes were found.

Her belongings were found by a walker in the park later on Friday.

It also emerged that Gaynor’s glasses, trousers and shoes were found along with other clothes, rings, a phone and a bag strewn across the riverside park.

So she could only stay in her underwear.

Divers searched the murky River Wensum yesterday with detectives working on the basis that she had gone into the water.

Norwich Police Chief Supt. Wes Hornigold stressed that everything was being done to find Gaynor and understand why she disappeared – but admitted that every day brought “more worry”.

Supt. Hornigold said: “The fact that our working hypothesis is that she went down in the water carries with it its own risks.

“As time goes on, our worries grow – as do the family’s, so we become increasingly concerned for her well-being.”

He added: “On the CCTV, Gaynor is seen smiling and walking with a purpose which does not suggest an unusual mindset.

“The cathedral is our focus at the moment, we are doing a lot of work there to establish what happened in the gap in the CCTV.

“We are working with the people at the cathedral to try to understand what happened.”

It is understood Gaynora’s clothes were left in the park while her other items were more hidden and were only found during a police search.

Officers said they had no contact with Gaynor or her family prior to her disappearance.

They said establishing all her movements was crucial because the disappearance was “so out of character”.
