ACTRESS Gemma Arterton has revealed she had to fight off a top director who tried to force her to film a sex scene.
The former Bond girl, 38, said he told her: “You’re going to shit the bed” in a last-minute twist.

Gemma said she only signed on to the untitled project on the promise that the mess would be heard and not seen.
The star, who now avoids roles in sexual scenes, said: “Dan put pressure on us.
“The other actor was horrified. There were very high-profile people there.
“I said, ‘You can’t do it, I just don’t want to do it.
“I don’t care if you think I’m tough,” but I felt I could say that just because I was older.”
She told the Radio Times: “It would be very difficult [to say no] when i was younger.
“You might get fired or get a terrible reputation.
“It was before we had intimacy coordinators, who are now mediators — it’s a completely different landscape.
“Anything you’re not comfortable with, won’t happen.”
Gemma, who has been in several film roles, notably opposite Daniel Craig’s 007 in Quantum of Solace, said: “When I started acting, there was a lot of nudity. You were just expected to do it.

“It didn’t fulfill me, it wasn’t fun.
“I didn’t feel like I was flexing my acting muscles.” She added that success means that she now chooses the roles she wants.
