The youngest daughter of Gene Hackman revealed that she had not talked to her father for months before his tragic death.
Leslie and Elizabeth Hackman have been noticed today for the first time since Gene and their stepmother Betsy Arakawa were found dead.

The legendary Hollywood actor Hackman, 95, and his wife, 65, were discovered in separate rooms inside their $ 3.8 million house on Wednesday.
Hackman was found completely dressed in wet rooms outside the kitchen, while Betsy was in another bathroom.
The couple may have been dead for weeks and showed signs of “mumification,” police said.
Investigations are underway their cause of death, and several possibilities are still observed.

The daughters of the broken heart Elizabeth and Leslie were seen on Thursday morning for breakfast at Denny’s restaurant.
They met how they exit the gray SUVs enter the Burbank breakfast chain in California.
Leslie, 59, lived in California for some time because she discovered long distances between her home and Hackman’s castle in New Mexico, meant they had not seen each other for months.
She added that her father was notorious in later years, but he always remained in good health thanks to Betsy.
Leslie told the Daily Mail: “We were close. I didn’t talk to them for a few months, but everything was normal and everything was good.”

They published a statement that read: “With great sadness, we announce the passage of our father, Gene Hackman and his wife Betsy.
“Millions around the world have loved him and admired him because of his great acting career, but for us he was always only a dad and grandfather.
“We will miss very much and will be devastated by the loss.”
It comes while officials continue to examine the shock of the death of the married couple and their dog.
Early autopsy in death and gene and Betsy showed that they had no signs of external trauma.
Officers are currently referring to their death “suspicious” because the door of their house was found ajar, but there were no signs of forced entry, the statement said.
Carbon monoxide and toxicology tests are still ongoing, officials add.
Police said: “In the early hours of Thursday, February 27, 2025, Hackman and Arakawa were transported to the Office of the Medical Investigator.
“The autopsy was carried out. The initial findings did not notice the external trauma to any individual.
“Both individuals have been requested by carbon monoxide and toxicology tests.
“The way and the cause of death are not determined.
“The official results of reports on autopsy and toxicology are ongoing. This remains an open investigation.”

One of the German sheepdogs was found dead while surviving two dogs, police confirmed.
It is unclear whether the dog was found in a breeder or cabinet in the house.
Meanwhile, the heart 911 audio recorded the moment when the guardian discovered the bodies of Gene and Betsy on Wednesday afternoon.
An extraordinary career
Gene Hackman’s career started with the role of Buck Barrow in Bonnie and Clyde in 1967.
He continued to star in the superman films and appeared in hits like Mississippi Burning, Unforgy, Crimson Tide and Poseidon Adventure.
In 1972, he acquired the best actor Oscar for his portrait Jimmy “Popeye” Doyle in a French relationship.
Hackman received the second award of the Academy in 1993, winning the best side actor for the role of Little Billa Daggetta in Western Unfortive, along with Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman and Anna Thomson.
The movie won four Oscars, including the best picture.
During his famous career, Hackman appeared in over 100 films.
He was nominated for five academy awards, won two Oscars, earned two baft nominations and received three Golden Globe Awards.
Moving
The messages were poured from fellow stars and even the kingdom, paying tribute to the legendary actor and his extraordinary heritage.
Prince William expressed sadness, saying that he was “so sad” when he heard the heart news about Gene and his wife.
He added, “Hackman was a real genius of a movie that every character came to life with the power, authenticity and quality of the stars.”
American actor George Takei honored Hackman’s lasting impact, stating: “Gene’s work will live forever. We lost one of the true giants of the screen.
“Gene Hackman could play anyone, and you could feel the whole life behind it. You could be everyone and no one, a high presence or a daily Joe. So he was a powerful actor.”
Director Francis Ford Coppola, who worked with Hackman at the 1974 interview, remembered him as a “great actor.”
Coppola said, “The loss of a great artist, always the reason for sorrow and celebration: Gene Hackman a great actor, inspiring and magnificent in his work and complexity. I mourn his loss and celebrate his existence and contribution.”
