Sporting a huge baby bump in a two-tone pink and blue dress, the mum-to-be revealed she gave birth in December this year.
Alongside the photo, Steph, 30, wrote: “My secrets are finally out.
“I’ve been carrying you for 6 months and I’m so grateful for our journey so far. We can’t wait to meet you.
“Words cannot explain how much you will be loved. Until December 2023.”
In the following video shared by a friend, it was confirmed that Steph is expecting a baby girl as she held a gender reveal party.
The reality TV star tucked her baby bump sweetly as she opted for a full face of make-up in a glamorous old Hollywood look.
In addition to looking stunning in her floor-length gown, the MTV star also shared a picture of her baby bump.
Steph’s former colleagues rushed to congratulate the expectant mother.
Sophie Kasaei told her friend: “I’m so happy it’s finally out! You deserve a world angel and you’re going to be the best mum x.”
Abbie Holborn added: “Wonderful! Congratulations.”
While Chloe Ferry sent a series of favorite emojis along with the message: “Congratulations.”
Her followers also raced to send their well wishes as one wrote: “Oh Steph this is amazing!! Congratulations honey.”
The TV favorite did not reveal the identity of the baby’s father.
Steph tragically suffered a miscarriage in 2018 and was left devastated, describing that day as the “worst” of her life.
Stephanie appeared on Geordie Shore in series 16 where she became famous for her “history” with Aaron Chalmers.
She returned to the series that made her famous in the reunion series last year where she appeared in three episodes where she caught up with her old Geordie friends and attended a big Geordie Shore party.
