George Clooney and Wife Amal Hold Hands as They Stroll to Lunch in Saint-Tropez

George and Amal Clooney spend quality time together on the French Riviera.

The couple dined at the Jardin Tropezina restaurant in Saint-Tropez on Tuesday, June 25. The beach club restaurant serves Mediterranean food under a lush pergola overlooking the water. The Clooneys had a top table at the side of the restaurant.

For the day out, George (63) looked casual in a white polo shirt, gray pants and gray shoes. He completed his look with sunglasses.

Amal (46) wore a bright and colorful floral dress which, like her husband, she paired with sunglasses. She also wore a white purse and bare shoes.

George and Amal often spend time in European holiday destinations. Saint-Tropez is not far from Lake Como in Italy, where their villa is famous.

In 2013, Amal joined a group dinner at the home while passing through Lake Como on her way to Cannes, France, George revealed in a 2017 interview. The Hollywood Reporter. “I thought she was beautiful, I thought she was funny and obviously smart,” he said THR.

After less than a year of dating, the actor proposed to the human rights lawyer in April 2014. Later that year, the couple walked down the aisle in a wedding ceremony at the Aman Canal Grande resort in Venice, Italy.

In 2017, George — twice named PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive — and Amal welcomed twins, son Alexander and daughter Ella, at St. Mary’s in London.
