His father founded the company in 1970, and it began by converting factory buildings in Manhattan into luxury office co-ops. He is best known for his work on the 60-story Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach, California.
The Porsche Design Tower is 195 meters high and has 284 parking spaces for 132 vehicles. One of the distinguishing features of the tower is its robotic parking garage. In addition, the structure is one of the tallest in Sunny Isles Beach. He is also the past president and president emeritus of the Developers & Builders Alliance (DBA).
