Gisele Bündchen Buys Farm So Daughter Vivian Can Ride Her Horse — and Says She Already Wants Another! (Exclusive)

Gisele Bündchen helps support her daughter’s passion for horseback riding.

Speaking to PEOPLE exclusively in New York after a panel for her new partnership with Gaia Herbs, the model and cookbook author, 43, revealed that she bought a horse farm where her 10-year-old daughter Vivian can ride her horse, Subject, in privacy.

“Because I took her horseback riding to this place, and every time I took her there, it became the center of the paparazzi. I thought, ‘I can’t live like this. I want to enjoy myself with my daughter.’ ” says Bündchen about her decision to buy the farm.

“This is supposed to be a fun thing we can do together. So I thought, this way, I can get her to exercise what she loves…” she tells PEOPLE.

Mother of two children, whose first is a cook Feed is now available for pre-order, she also says her daughter is already looking for another horse.

“He takes care of Vivi and I like that because he’s a very easy horse,” Bündchen says of Vivian’s horse, Item. “But she’s already saying, ‘Mommy, I have to get a new horse to jump higher.’ I said, ‘Calm down.’ “I’ll work, Mom. I will work and I will help you.” ”

“She says, ‘I have to jump higher.’ I say, ‘You’re 10 years old, calm down. Your horse jumps like a meter, 20. You’ll be fine. I think it’s fine where you’re jumping now,'” shares Bündchen.

The model shares daughter Vivian and son Benjamin (13) with ex-husband Tom Brady (46).

Bündchen recently joined Gaia Herbs as the brand’s Wellness Ambassador, where she shares tips on how to incorporate the types of organic herbal remedies she grew up with in rural Horizontina, Brazil, into people’s busy American lifestyles.

“Sometimes we can become so disconnected from our bodies because we’re running away from ourselves, so we just keep adding more things to do,” she says. “Give me anything to eat, give me anything to drink. You are currently in this mode. I feel it’s great whenever you can get back into the feeling of your own body and just be present. You kind of are in your body and you are really present. You breathe, you connect.”

Back in July, Bündchen celebrated her 43rd birthday with her daughter by her side. The model posted a video on her Instagram Story as she and her twin sister Patricia received a birthday cake for their special day, with the camera panning out to reveal Vivian sitting next to her mum.

Earlier in the summer, she also shared several pictures from a family vacation in Brazil, including a picture of her and Vivian singing karaoke together.

“Família ❤️ Family,” Bündchen captioned the post.
