Gisele Bündchen Reacts to Receiving a First Copy of Her Forthcoming Cookbook Nourish: ‘I Can’t Believe It’

Gisele Bündchen celebrates receiving her first copy of her soon-to-be-published cookbook Feed.

“I’m literally touching it — I can’t believe it,” the 43-year-old model and wellness advocate told her Instagram followers in a new video posted Saturday. “From anything I’ve done, it’s completely different.”

In a video from Instagram, she responded Feedwhich will be released next month, “a labor of love” and teased what’s in the cookbook.

After pointing to the chicken and pesto salad wrap on the book’s cover, Bündchen flipped through the pages to show photos of steaks, shaved lettuce, veggie frittatas, avocado-lime mousse and “delicious, healthier versions of cheese bread.”

Bündchen – who has two children with ex-husband Tom Brady, son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11 – also highlighted the healing properties of ginger and lemon tea. “This is what I do for my kids when they’re sick,” she explained.

“I’m getting hungry,” Bündchen concluded her Instagram video. “I’m going to make some food. … I hope you enjoy making these easy recipes with your kids.”

‘Nourish’ is released on March 26, 2024.

Penguin Random House, the publisher of the cookbook, emphasized that Bündchen will help readers adjust their mindset to maintain a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their children.

“From breaking the cycle to journaling and setting intentions, reducing waste, meal planning and preparing healthy meals for your kids, Feed is as much about mindful living as it is about cooking,” Penguin Random House described the cookbook in a statement.

Feedadded in the release, will include “100 delicious and affordable recipes” from Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, including sneeze soup, maple harissa cashews, carrot muffins, and grilled chimichurri ribeye.

Feed will be available for purchase on March 26.
