Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell are ready for a white Christmas!

The longtime couple was recently spotted kissing in Aspen, Colorado. The trip to the ski town has been a decades-long tradition for Hawn, 78, and Russell, 72, who have been together since 1983.

The two wore the same earth tones, as Hawn was dressed in green pants and a white coat. Russell wore a brown jacket and blue jeans while carrying a shopping bag.

During last year’s trip, Monarch: Legacy of Monsters actor and Kidnapped The actress was spotted at a tourist spot doing some last-minute Christmas shopping. A year earlier, they did some holiday work wearing matching western-style hats.

In a virtual performance at Living with Kelly and Ryan (now known as Living with Kelly and Mark) 2022 Oliver Hudson opened a family home in Aspen.

“Mom built this house first and then my stepfather Kurt built the other house. So we lived here in 1985 for two years,” he said as he looked at the house. Hudson joked that his mom refuses to update his decor and revealed why he considers it a special place.

“I went to elementary school here. I actually took my kids out of school five years ago in LA and brought them up here to live in the mountains and have a little independence and freedom. It’s a special place for sure,” he said.

Hawn and Russell have raised their children together, including daughter Kate Hudson and sons Boston Russell and Wyatt Russell, whom they welcomed together.

In an interview with CNN’s Chris Wallace in July, Hawn revealed why they never married.

“When it fails, it ends up being a big deal,” she said. “It’s always ugly. Someone has to actually look at it and say, ‘How many divorces are actually fun? How many divorces actually don’t cost money? How many divorces actually make you hate the person more than before? How many divorces hurt the kids?'”

Hawn echoed the same sentiments in an interview for a December 2020 PEOPLE cover story.

“It’s not about the marriage. It’s about the people and the relationship and the will to stay together. And that’s huge because if you want it, you can have it,” Hawn said. “You have to give things up, but the joy and excitement of being together and touching someone’s toes at night is a really nice feeling.”
