Gopher Cradles Golf Ball in Video Dubbed ‘Real-Life Caddyshack’ Moment: Watch

It is Caddyshack In real life!

Earlier this month, a Reddit user uploaded a video to the platform showing a gof putting a ball out of a hole on a golf course.

At the beginning of the clip, the golfer — who goes by the username Coffee_Is_Dope — can be seen crouching down to capture the hole on camera, while a white golf ball slowly moves inside.

A few seconds later, the subterranean creature places itself in the camera frame, pushing the ball out of the hole.

In the caption, the golfer described the moment as “the real Caddyshack,” referring to the movie starring Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield, Ted Knight, Michael O’Keefe and Bill Murray.

In the comments section, many social media users reacted to the video and expressed their thoughts on the gof sighting.

“Tried to get it back man,” one user wrote, while another said: “That’s ridiculous!”

Another, meanwhile, poked fun at the gopher’s crooked teeth, writing: “A rare British mole.”

Another user asked, “Do you have any idea what a gopher can do to a golf course?!?!”
