Gordon Ramsay and Wife Tana Welcome Sixth Baby, Son Jesse James: ‘Ramsay Family Definitely Complete’

The Ramsay family kitchen just got a little bigger!

Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana Ramsay announced on Instagram on Saturday that they welcomed their sixth child, a son named Jesse James Ramsay.

The chef, 57, was the first to share the news, posting three pictures of the newest member of the Ramsay team online.

“What an amazing birthday present, say hello to Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz big,” Kitchen nightmares the host, who celebrated his birthday on Wednesday, wrote in his caption. “Another package of love to the Ramsay brigade!! 3 boys, 3 girls… Done 👊🏼❤️❤️.”

In addition to their new daughter, Gordon and Tana (49) are also the parents of five children – daughter Megan (25), twins Jack and Holly (23), daughter Matilda “Tilly” (22) and son Oscar (4).

In the shared pictures, Gordon could be seen kissing the little one on the head while Tana was holding him. He also shared several pictures of Tana smiling excitedly next to baby Jesse.

Tana shared the same photos on her Instagram profile, as well as a picture of the baby meeting her older brother Oscar.

“It was a nerve wracking 9 months but we made it and were blessed with this little package,” Tana wrote in the caption. “The Ramsay family definitely complete. Jesse James Ramsay, we love you so much ❤️🙏🏼.”

A representative for Gordon did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Gordon previously opened up to PEOPLE in September about how Tana wanted another child, explaining at the time that she eventually wanted to have “one more.”

“I’ll be at school celebrating sports day with a freaking walker!” said the cook, laughing. “‘Hey, who’s your grandfather?’ ‘That’s actually my dad.’ ”

“So I’m not really sure how many hip replacements he’s going to get until he’s 21, but I’m going to try,” Gordon added.

Tana also told PEOPLE during the interview that she wants a big family.

“I’m one of four, Gordon is one of four, so it’s second nature to me,” she explained.
