Graham Stephan was born on April 22, 1990, which makes him 29 years old as of 2019. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, USA. He was never interested in education and considered himself a bad student.
At only 13 years old, he got his first job. He worked at a marine aquarium wholesaler and his job was to take pictures of the inventory that arrived and post it on their website. It was a very simple job and he was paid $1 for 1 photo. He manages to take 25 to 35 pictures an hour and easily earns around $30 an hour. That job lasted until he was 16.
At the age of 16, he was a drummer in a rock band, but later he realized that it was not for him. Finally, a few months after he turned 18, he got his real estate license and began his career as a real estate agent. He didn’t go to college after that.

Graham started his career in the real estate sector in 2008. His strategies were different from others. Initially, he focused on areas that real estate agents tend to ignore and generated income through them. Although the income from those regions was comparatively lower, it was sufficient for him.

So he reached out to other real estate agents and offered to take photos of the listings and put them online.
