Sangay Tsheltrim is a Bhutanese actor, model, entrepreneur and bodybuilder. He is widely known for his roles in popular Bollywood movies such as Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai (2021) and Jawan (2023).

Sangay Tsheltrim was born on Wednesday, March 10, 1982 in Phuentsholing, Chukha District, Bhutan (age 41; as of 2023). His zodiac sign is Pisces. He received his school education at Yangchenphu High School, Bhutan. In 2001, Sangay Tsheltrim joined the National Defense Academy (NDA) of Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi and graduated. Later, he pursued postgraduate studies at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun.

After five years of service to His Majesty the King of Bhutan and the Royal Family, Sangay Tsheltrim pursued his passion for bodybuilding and took voluntary retirement from the Army in 2013.

Sengar Sheltrim started participating in various bodybuilding championships and won two gold medals, two bronze medals and one silver medal at the Bhutan National Bodybuilding Championships. In 2015, he participated in the Asian Bodybuilding Championships in Uzbekistan and won two gold medals, two bronze medals and one silver medal. Later, Sangay Tsheltrim won a bronze medal at the 2016 Asian Bodybuilding Championships in Macau.
