I couldn’t go to college because I started working at a young age. My ambition is to become a tennis player. There was a stadium in front of my house but I could never learn tennis because tennis rackets and training were very expensive. My parents couldn’t afford it. I’m very good at sports. As for my earliest memory of theater… I acted in a play directed by Mausi Amita Udgata for the Sahitya Kala Parishad. I must have been 7 or 8 years old at that time. I remember when we took the curtain call, we got a huge round of applause. “

She rose to fame after playing the role of Lalita Devi in the TV show Kehta Hai Dil (2002) aired on Star Plus. Grusha went on to act in several television shows, including “Sansaar” (2001), “Lipstick” (2002) and “Siya Ke Ram” (2015).
