Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals What’s In and Out for Her in 2024: ‘More Alcohol,’ No ‘Big Shoulder Pads’ (Exclusive)

Gwyneth Paltrow just dropped her “list.”

Premiering on Netflix on Thursday Sun brothers — co-created by Paltrow’s husband, Brad Falchuk — the Goop founder, 51, exclusively shared her list of what’s “in” and “out” for 2024 with PEOPLE. (The exercise went viral on social media, becoming a New Year’s tradition.)

“I mean, I think it would be: peace, understanding, rest and more alcohol,” she said.

The Oscar-winner did not hold back with the outings, giving a very honest answer.

“Out there would be condescending righteousness, an unwillingness to understand other people’s points of view, and really big shoulder pads,” Paltrow continued.

On Thursday, Paltrow’s chic ensemble was off-the-shoulder. She chose a crimson long-sleeved top and matching skirt set (both Cong Tri) that had a bit of retro 70s flair thanks to the wide collar and narrow belt.

She accessorized her outfit with oversized shoulder-length earrings – proving that sometimes bigger is better when it comes to fashion.

In addition to sharing her 2024 ins and outs list, Paltrow also posed for photos with her husband, as well as the show’s leading lady, Michelle Yeoh. For his part, Falchuk wore a brown velvet suit with a white shirt and striped tie.

The Paltrow-Falchuks also had a combo glow, thanks to their skincare routines.

In an exclusive chat with PEOPLE last year about her Goop beauty brand’s latest venture, good.clean.goop, Paltrow shared which products from the collection her husband likes to steal from her.

“Brad loves blindfolds,” said Paltrow — who married Falchuk, 52, in September 2018. “He steals them all the time. I love it.”

As for another product Falchuk is a fan of, Paltrow noted, “He loves Goop shampoo,” adding, “The first time he tried it, he said, ‘This shampoo is amazing. Look how soft and shiny my hair is.’ ‘ ”

“I thought, ‘I can’t believe I didn’t record that.’ It was so genius,” she continued, revealing that her husband then told her: “I’m going to tell everyone about this shampoo. No, it’s not serious. This is incredible.’ ”
