Gwyneth Paltrow prepares a delicious breakfast for Brad Falchuk!
On Monday, Dec. 16, the Oscar winner, 52, posted a video on Instagram of herself making one of her viral “bachelorette breakfasts” for her husband, Falchuk, 53.
“#boyfriendbreakfast burrito at dawn,” Paltrow captioned the clip, which played alongside Tabitha Meeks and Ryan Corn’s 2023 song “Ready For Christmas.”
Falchuck was first filmed looking at a laptop while sitting at their desk. Paltrow then shared a picture of her breakfast ingredients laid out on the table, which consisted of a package of Mexican Chorizo, three eggs, organic tortillas, onions, green peppers, lemon and avocado.
The next shot shows chorizo sizzling in a pan on the stove in the kitchen. The camera then pans up to show a fire blazing in the fireplace next to the stove.

Paltrow is then filmed with her back to the camera arranging boiled eggs, chorizo and vegetables from a pan onto a tortilla laid flat on a cutting board at the kitchen island. The final shot revealed a neatly wrapped breakfast burrito cut in half and placed on a plate ready to be served.
Paltrow and Falchuck got married on September 29, 2018. The actress was previously married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, with whom she has two children: daughter Apple (20) and son Moses Martin (18).
Paltrow previously shared on her lifestyle website Goop that her tradition of preparing a “bachelorette breakfast” for Falchuk developed “as we walked.”
“Sometimes neither of us had kids on Saturday mornings, so it became a thing, and we both still enjoy the energy it brings to our relationship,” Paltrow said. She added that she “really enjoys it[s] the act of cooking … especially for him.”

The actress said she doesn’t think cooking for her husband is “anti-feminist” – despite the criticism she’s faced when she’s been open about her love for it.
“It’s an act of service that’s about seeing another person and understanding their needs,” she said, according to Goop website. “… Cooking is also, for me – and I think a lot of Type A people – relaxing and grounding.”
