Police said they were called around 6.30pm on Tuesday to reports of a shooting in Vine Close, a quiet cul-de-sac opposite the park.
They found a 42-year-old woman who died from her injuries.
A 16-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man were taken to hospital where their conditions are being assessed, the Met said.
An investigation into the murder has been launched and no arrests have been made so far.
The woman’s relatives are being informed, the police added.
Detective Constable Vicky Tunstall said: “This shocking incident has resulted in the death of a young woman and my thoughts are with her family at this incredibly difficult time.
“My thoughts are also with the two people who were taken to hospital.
“We are still in the early stages of our investigation and a team of specialist detectives are working to establish what happened.
“Officers will remain at the scene overnight and will be on the ground in the following days.
“I do not underestimate the impact this incident will have on the people of Hackney and I understand the community will want answers about what happened tonight.
“We will share additional information as the investigation progresses.
“Gun crime has no place on the streets of London and we will do everything we can to bring whoever is responsible for this despicable crime to justice.”
Anyone who witnessed the shooting or has information about what happened is urged to call 101 quoting CAD 5811/05Dec or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
It came as the teenager was stabbed to death just half an hour later in Sutton, south London.
Police are currently looking for a suspect who fled the scene of the accident.
A police spokesman said: “Police and the LAS were called to Sutton High Street at around 7.08pm on Tuesday December 5, following reports that a teenager had been stabbed.
“Upon arrival, the police officers found a 17-year-old boy with stab wounds.
“He was helped at the scene, but unfortunately he died as a result of his injuries.
“Enquiries are underway to trace his next of kin. No arrests have been made.”
