The singer said she was a vegan for 13 years and when she started craving meat, “I thought, well, I’m going to give my body what it wants right now because I’m doing a really hard job growing a human, and I also wanted to make sure Halo was getting the proper nutrients and things it needs.”

She pointed out that she still likes and eats vegan food most of the time. “If I have an inkling or a craving for chicken or something, I’ll eat it,” she explained. “But I don’t eat a lot of meat. But it’s like if I want it, I’ll eat it and then that’s it.”

Bailey concluded her update by reminding fans that things aren’t always what they seem on the internet.

“Even though you might look up to certain people and think they’re celebrities, and they seem to have it all together, you never know what someone else is going through, especially someone who’s literally had a baby,” she said.
