Professional career of Hannah Goldy
Hannah Goldy was a little runner. She discovered martial arts at the age of 14 after accompanying her father to a boxing event called “Friday Night Fights” held in an old church and fell in love with it. The next day she went to the gym.
She started her career as a boxer and did only one boxing battle, which she won. She continued to compete in Muay Thai. She won all three of her fights before starting MMA. In March 2016, she made her professional debut against Gillian Robertson at Island Fights 37. She won by unanimous decision.
She defeated Vanessa Marie Grimes by second round TKO at Island Fights 46, Lisa Blaine by unanimous decision at Premier FC 26 and Shannon Goughary by unanimous decision at Island Fights 50.
In June 2019, she was invited to compete in Dan White’s Contender Series 17. She defeated Kalii Robbins by unanimous decision. Despite the victory, she was not offered a contract with the UFC. In August 2019, she made her UFC flyweight debut against Miranda Granger at UFC on ESPN: Covington vs. Lawler. She was defeated by unanimous decision of the judges.
