All three were declared absconders by the court. According to reports, a case of assault and life threat was registered against Dwivedi during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. The case was filed under Sections 323, 324, 504 and 506 of the IPC. Since the matter relates to the MP-MLA, it is subject to scrutiny at the High Court level. The victim, Abhishek Rajbhar, was a second-grade student of Hadiya Primary School. After the accident, he was rushed to a district hospital from where he was referred to KGMU Trauma Center in Lucknow, but he succumbed to his injuries. On the way.
