Hardavinder Singh Sandhu, better known as Harrdy Sandhu, is an Indian singer, actor and former cricketer. He came into limelight with his Punjabi song ‘Soch’.

cricket career
Harrdy Sandhu started his cricket career in 2005. He is a fast bowler for India Under-19 team and Ranji Punjab team. He has played with the likes of Ishant Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. However, he suffered an injury in 2007 and had to give up his cricket career. He then traveled to Australia, where he worked as a taxi driver. After some time, Hardy returned to India, worked out and was selected for the Ranji Championship. Unfortunately, just two days before the match, he got injured again and had to retire from cricket.

Singing/film career
Sandhu started his singing career in 2012 with the song “Tequilla Shot”. However, he came to fame after the Punjabi song “Soch” became a hit. In the same year, he released the song “Joker”, which was deeply loved by the audience. He subsequently released many hit songs including “Saah”, “Naa Ji Naa”, “Hornn Blow”, “Backbone”, “Yaar Ni Milyaa”, “Naah” and “Kya Baat Ay”.
Hardy made his acting debut in 2014 with the Punjabi film Yaaran Da Katchup. He also appeared in the movie “Mera Mahi NRI”.
In 2019, Sandhu played the role of “Madan Lal” in the Bollywood movie “83”.
