Harrison Ford always keeps his cool, even when his colleagues give in!
The actor, 82, spoke with Diversity and Party tonight ahead of the 2025 Golden Globes about his long experience at the awards, dating back to his first win nearly 40 years ago. And while other stars might riot at events like this, Ford said he always remains composed and collected.
“I always behave myself at awards shows,” the actor said in response DiversityMark Malkin asks about his “craziest” moment at these events.
But Malkin didn’t buy it. “Harrison Ford’s afterparties are legendary!” he teased.
“Oh, no no no,” Ford replied. “I don’t think I’ve ever been to one! I usually go straight home.”

Twenty-three years ago, in 2002, Ford received the Cecil B. deMille Award — which is given to great people who have made significant contributions to the film industry. He is the 50th recipient of the award.
However, Ford does not have a particularly vivid memory of the honor.
“[I remember] very little. Very little, except that it was a long time ago and I was very grateful for the attention,” he said Diversity and ETadding that he had since become accustomed to recognition.

In addition to the Cecil B. deMille Award, Ford has received four Golden Globes in his career so far, Indiana Jones legend was nominated for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role on Television for his portrayal of Dr. Paul Rhoades u Shrinkage.
The AppleTV+ comedy-drama centers on a therapist, Jimmy Laird, who is grieving the loss of his wife while breaking the rules and getting more involved in his clients’ lives. Jason Segel, who plays Laird, is also nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy.
