Despite a huge pursuit and multiple attraction for information, the body of the 25-year-old has never been found.
Now, on the 20th anniversary of their disappearance, police released never seen CCTV in an effort to resolve the case.
This is shown by Lisa’s last time when she entered the Pub of Salt Water in Down Down, Northern Ireland in the afternoon on February 26.
Later she was seen entering and leaving Lock & Quay – now Groomport Inn – the night before.
Lisa was last seen on February 27 at a party at Caravan Ballyhalbert Park.
Police believe she was killed that evening or in the early hours of the next morning.
Detective main inspector Kerrie Foreman, from the main investigating team of PSNA, said: “Lisa Dorrian was a young woman – only 25 years – when she was killed.
“It’s been twenty years. It’s 20 long years unthinkable anguish for a love family.
“Still, despite their pain, they never gave up the search for answers and, also, our determination remained unwavering.
“We post CCTV shots, along with peaceful pictures.
“This is the latest famous Lisa recording in the course of her disappearance. I hope to run memories and encourage anyone with information to speak.”
The force began to treat the foxes of disappearance as a killing probe almost immediately after she disappeared.
Although a Lisa trace was not found, bags and things were discovered at the party.
Crimestoppers have now offered a reward of £ 20,000 in the hope that the mystery can be resolved.
Her family joined the police in asking for information, saying, “Twenty years of secrecy could be completed with a single phone call.”
Lisa’s sister Joanne Dorrian said she “laughed and joked with these people” at a party unaware that she would do her harm.
She continued: “Our family has never been the same since we got the news that Lisa was gone.
“Our mom went to her grave never knowing what happened to her beautiful firstborn daughter.”
Det CH Ins Ins Foreman said that those with information that is yet to report “must surely have a problematic conscience”.
She added, “Lisa was not just a name or picture in a photo or screen.
“She was a real person – a young woman with a family who loves and continues to miss her.
“They deserve to know what happened to her and deserve justice.”
Anyone who has information can call the police to 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously to 0800 555 111.
