The Australian couple remained broken from the heart after saying they were forced to sit next to the body of another passenger who died in the middle of the flight.
Mitchell Ring and Jennifer Colin traveled Qatar Airways from Melbourne to Venice, Italy, when the woman “demolished” and died on board, they said in a new interview at the Australian Information Program Current affair.
“[It] It was pretty hearty to watch, “Ring said Current affair. “They went to try to move her, they demolished this chair … and tried to direct her toward the business class, but she was a pretty big lady and they couldn’t break through her through the passage.”
The couple told the socket that the members of the flying crew had then put the female body in a free seat next to the couple.
“They said,” Can you get over please? “And I just said,” Yes, no problem, “the ring recalled.” Then they put a lady in the chair I was in. ”

The couple claimed that their cabin crew told them that they had to stay in their seats next to the body for four hours left of the flight.
“There were several spare seats I could see around us. I can’t believe they told us to stay … it wasn’t nice,” Ring said.

The couple said they did not receive support or supply of consultation after the flight.
“They have a duty to care for their customers, as well as their staff. We should contact us to be sure – do you need support, do you need any consultation?” Said the ring Current affair. “I don’t know how I feel and I would like to talk to someone to make sure I’m fine.”

Talking to the program from their vacation in Venice, Colin said, “I’m trying to make the best use of a fairly difficult situation, but, you know, we’re on vacation, so we are really trying to have a good time.”
The couple booked their flight through the Australian airplane Qantas, They said.
Qantasa spokesman told People: “A process for handling incidents on an aircraft like this manages an operating airline, which is Qatar Airways in this case.”
The company said “Colin made us aware of the Catar Airways flight from the E -Mail on Saturday afternoon [Feb. 22]. “Qantas added that they were in contact with the couple and followed Qatar Airways.
In a statement, Qatar Airways spokesman told several outlets, including News.com.au, “First of all, our thoughts are with a family of passengers who unfortunately passed away on the ship of our flight.”
“We apologize for the inconvenience or trouble that this incident could cause,” said Catara spokesman, “and in the process of contacting passengers in accordance with our policies and procedures.”
Qatar Airways did not immediately respond to people when they asked for a comment.
