Hilarie Burton Predicts Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Will Be ‘Engaged by May’

Hilarie Burton gives her stamp on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s new romance.

The One Tree Hill actress, 41, joined a chorus of fans on social media reacting to the adorable moment Swift, 33, changed the lyrics to “Karma” at Saturday night’s Eras Tour concert in Argentina to greet her boyfriend in the audience.

Instead of singing “Karma is the guy on the screen coming straight home to me,” Swift sang, “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me,” as Kelce, 34, watched her perform alongside her dad, Scott Swift, in the VIP tent during his second performance in Buenos Aires.

Burton retweeted fan-caught video Kelce’s sweet reactions to Swift’s lyric change — and deafening screams from the audience in response — and added her two cents about the couple’s future.

“It will have the most flannels lined, pie and red ribbon like Christmas,” she wrote in a post on X (formerly known as Twitter). “And then these babies will be engaged by May.”

A fan responded to her tweet, noting that Swift has “never done that for any other guy,” prompting the actress to add another comment about the relationship.

“Because every other guy made her feel like she had to downplay her own work. This big old big tree of a man holds signs and sings! Catch her running off the stage?!?!” Burton wrote in the following tweet before comparing Kelce’s support for the “Anti-Hero” singer to that of her own husband.

“Just saying… strong @JDMorgan energy,” she added, referring to Jeffrey Dean Morgan. “Find a man who shines when you win. 💖.”

Sunday’s tweet marks the second time Burton, who married Morgan, 57, in 2019 after 10 years together, compared her relationship to Swift’s.

In September, she shared another similarity between their relationships as she praised Kelce for inviting Swift — and the singer for accepting the invitation — to come see him play in Kansas City.

“Professional advice…you deserve someone who invites you to work with them,” wrote ua twitter a few days after Swift cheered on the Kelce for the first time on September 24th.

She said the invitation shows that the person thinks “you’re so cool” and wants “everyone to meet you, from your friends to your boss.” She also said that inviting someone else into their professional space shows that “they’re working hard and they’re GOOD, and they want you to see that.”

She then recalled her early days with Morgan, as she said she flew to see him “on set 14 years ago,” around the time he was working on Grey’s Anatomy.

It’s the day before chirped“I’m so invested in this,” in response to a clip of Swift cheering for Kelce after he scored a touchdown against the Chicago Bears on Sept. 24.

Over the weekend, Swift and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end made waves as he traveled to Argentina to support her on the international leg of her record-breaking Eras Tour, and the two enjoyed a romantic dinner on Friday and some sweet moments during Saturday night’s performance — including a sweet kiss after the concert.

A source told PEOPLE that the couple “looked so cute at their low-key dinner” on Friday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Buenos Aires, noting that they “also left holding hands.”

“Travis was beaming,” the source added.

Another insider told PEOPLE that Swift is “excited to kick off her international tour” after a “big break” from a string of shows in Mexico City in late August.

The highlight of her free time was “having fun with Travis,” who is “a gentleman” and has “amazing energy and approach to life.”

The insider added of the romance, “Everything feels very special.”
