Hima Das or “Golden Girl” is an Indian athlete who won India’s first gold medal in track and field at the 2018 IAAF World Championships. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter to congratulate her after she won the gold medal at the U20 World Championships.

Hima Das was born on Sunday, January 9, 2000 in Dhin, Nagaon, Assam (age 21; as of 2021). Her zodiac sign is Capricorn.
