In the film, King plays Alana, whose family is full of die-hard Chiefs fans. When the football team announces a “Fan of the Year” contest, she knows she’ll be in the running for the award. What she doesn’t know is who she’ll meet along the way—Derrick (Hynes), the team’s director of fan engagement—and she never expected the sparks that will fly between them.
In the clip, Derrick brings Alana to experience Arrowhead Stadium while it’s empty at night and they share a romantic moment. Later, they each hold a box of candy and together they form a sweet heart.
