Trying to get a refund for something you bought in Valorant? Riot will refund certain Valorant items, but not all. The most important caveat is that the item must have been purchased within the last 2 weeks and cannot be used or upgraded. Riot will also give you a refund for VP, as long as it was purchased within the last 2 weeks and you haven’t used it. Getting a refund for Valorant is easy, and in this wikiHow we’ll teach you exactly how to do it.

  1. Make sure your item was recently purchased and unused.
  2. Log in to the Valorant Support website with your Valorant account.
  3. Scroll down and click on Download my order history.
  4. Click Refund next to the item you want to return.
  1. Step 1 Determine if your item is eligible for a refund.

    Riot Games will only offer refunds for certain Valorant items, and only if they are unused and it was 14 days or less from the purchase. An item is considered “used” if it is equipped and you enter the game with it, including custom games or practice mode.[1]

    • The following items cannot be returned:
      • Used and/or upgraded weapon skins
      • Levels and variants of weapon skins
      • Bundles of weapon skins
      • Used accessories
      • Agents
      • Premium battle passes and blood pressure levels

    • VP is also refundable, provided you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and none of the VP has been spent.
  2. Log in to your Valorant account. To go [support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/signin Valorant’s support site] and log in. From here, you can see all of your refundable items, and you can make a refund directly from that website.

  3. Click on Download my order history. You may need to scroll down the page to see the option to view your order history.

    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return process. If your item is eligible for a return, in most cases you should receive a refund immediately.

    • If you submit a support ticket, it will take a little longer to get your refund because you have to wait for a Riot customer service agent to get back to you.
