Thereafter, he was trained by his father to handle the running of the business. Murarka soon took over leadership of the business and expanded the company from a mid-sized business to a corporate. His company encourages sustainable practices by supplying eco-friendly chemicals to the textile industry and contributing to the environment.

In 2015, he and his son founded Ample Mission, an organization that specializes in organizing award programs and intellectual property activities.
