Corrupted Elder Skeleton is a new master crafting material that can be used to craft companion items and equipment in the new Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak expansion.
Corrupted Elder Skeleton is one of the new crafting materials that players can find in Monster Hunter Rises: Sunbreak. The new DLC adds a master mechanic to encourage players to continue on quests to find new materials that can be used to craft new gear. Erosioned old bone is one such new material, which can be found in the Pile of Bones. Players can explore different locations and complete master expeditions to find different crafting materials. To unlock the Master Level Expedition, players need to have Monster Hunter Rises: Sunbreak Downloaded and activated the DLC. After completing the main storyline, the player will eventually unlock it dawn content and access to the Elgado Coins at the heart of the new DLC. At the new location of the Elgado Outpost, the player meets one of the main NPCs and the knight Fiorayne, who provides the quest. Players will need to unlock the main rank of El Gadot Outpost before continuing their expedition to find new materials such as Elder Erosion Skeleton or piles of bones dropped by other master ranks, such as Bones fragmented old Monster Hunter Rises.
Corrosive Old Skeletons only exist in the Sand Plains. It can be found in the Bonepiles, or the player can use the Meowcenaries facility in Kamura village to send friends to find resources. If the player wishes to find the Broken Ancient Skeleton on their own, they should do so by starting the Crusade, an unlimited crusade. Time events allow players to explore Monster Hunter Rises Sandy Plains at its own pace.
Where to find the Corrupted Elder Skeleton in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak
There are eight Bonepile sites in Sandy Plains Monster Hunter Rises The player has a chance to find Erosion Old Skeleton, a bony material used for crafting. These locations are located at:
- Area 1 – Northeast Subcamp 1.
- Area 4 – In an eastern corner of Sandy Plains
- Area 5 – On the lower level, there are two Bonepiles here. Can use Monster Hunter Rises Nematode; it’s on the windowsill of a tree
- Zone 8 – Next to the rock north of zone 8
- District 9 – the middle part of the desert in the northeast of the upper floor and a place in the lower floor
- Area 12 – In the north of the lower map, in the middle of Area 12 on the lower level
As with any Grandmaster drop item, there is no 100% guarantee that Elder Elder Skeleton will drop Monster Hunter Rises: Sunbreak. The player should keep farming until there are enough resources; Monster Hunter Rises Revives after a few minutes. Players will need at least 25 Corrupted Elder Skeletons to craft the following items:
