Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Caldera has introduced an enemy named Krampus who players must track down and kill for rewards. Krampus chases players down and attempts to kill them during a match of Warzone Pacific Caldera. Krampus is a challenging foe who players may have trouble dealing with at first. However, there are several methods players can use to summon and kill Krampus during a match in Warzone. Focusing on Festive Fervor trees and coordinated attacks, players will have no problem finding and defeating Krampus.
During the Festive Fervor event in Warzone, players will randomly encounter Krampus during matches. Krampus will randomly spawn on a team and hunt them until he is killed. Krampus is a devious foe who some players think is overpowered with his attacks. When a player’s team is targeted by Krampus, a message is revealed on players’ screens that says, “Krampus is hunting your squad!” Once this message triggers, players will have to take care of Krampus, or else he will hunt them perpetually. Any player in Warzone matches can kill Krampus, even if he is chasing another team.
Players can increase their chances of encountering Krampus in Warzone by finding coal around Caldera. Players can head to one of the Festive Fervor trees marked around the map with green icons. When players stan within the lit-up area under the tree, they will spawn more groups of boxes. Once players spawn these boxes, they can loot them to receive high-tier items and coal. Players can collect the coal to gain a higher chance of being hunted by Krampus. The thrill of getting hunted by Krampus may be one of the best new things in Warzone Pacific Caldera.
Finding And Killing Krampus During the Call Of Duty: Warzone Pacific Caldera Festive Fervor Event
Once Warzone players see the message “Krampus is hunting your squad,” Krampus will appear nearby their team. Krampus can teleport, throw snowballs, and melee attack hunted players. Players who are hunted by Krampus must kill him or he will follow them and keep attacking. When players get hunted by Krampus, they should fire continuously at him until he teleports. When players hear the jingling bell sound that indicates Krampus has reappeared, they should stand and strafe while looking around to find him. Dodge Krampus’ snowballs, as they do damage and slightly stun players who get hit.
Teams can take down Krampus fairly quickly if they have a surplus of ammo. Players can defeat him by keeping a distance, monitoring his location, and firing continuously when he is in range. Players can assure expedited success against Krampus by using heavy weapons like the MG42 or a launcher like the Bazooka. Using weapons with Warzone‘s best attachments will make killing Krampus even easier. Once players shoot enough rounds into Krampus, he will die and drop high-tier loot.
