I own world’s biggest 12st pit bull worth £2MILLION – I know his kids are roaming the UK… even though they are banned

MEET the world’s largest pit bull – whose banned offspring roam the UK.

The twelve-and-a-half-stone Hulk, who stands six feet tall on his hind legs, is worth a staggering £2 million.

His breed has been banned in Britain for decades, but owner Marlon Greenan says he knows Hulk’s children and grandchildren have been illegally exported to the UK.

He says it is easy for fake dealers to ship banned dogs into the country and believes the Government will fight to block the importation of dangerous XL Bullies behind the spate of wild deaths.

American Marlon, who breeds protection dogs, has previously come under fire for allowing his children to wear bite sleeves to train his huge canines when they were just six and two.

Marlon, who trains protection dogs in New Hampshire, said: “I have a huge fan base in the UK and people will message me saying we’ve seen such and such a dog, so I know Hulk’s grandchildren are in the UK and maybe even one or two of his direct children.

“I have never sent my dogs to the UK. There is no way I would send a pit bull to a country where they are banned.

“But the bottom line is that you can’t stop certain breeds from coming into Britain because there will always be people who break the rules.”

Current government regulations state that dogs coming to the UK from America must be microchipped, vaccinated against rabies and have a veterinary certificate stating their breed.

But Marlon said it’s easy for lawbreakers to get around the rules.

He said: “It’s a lot easier than you’d think. It’s quite simple. The dog just comes with paperwork that says it’s something other than a pit bull or an XL.

“Breed-specific bans just don’t work. If people want to break the law and bring these animals into the country, they will.

“A lot of people just want to get rich off dogs.

“The government needs to take the money it’s going to use to enforce the ban and use it to educate people about how to raise their dogs properly.”

His comments come after XL Bully dogs claimed another British victim this week.

A Sunderland man was mauled to death by a huge beast whose owner is being questioned by cops over the killers.

The victim has been named locally as Ian Langley, 54, a father-of-one, who was walking his patterdale terrier puppy, Beau.

Witnesses said the powerful animal bit Mr Langley on the neck as he bent down to pick up Beau on Tuesday night.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has vowed to ban the XL by the end of the year following a spate of deaths, including that of 10-year-old Jack Lee in 2021, who was so badly injured he had to be identified by his shoe.

Marlon, who runs DarkDynastyK9s, said: “This is a terrible situation. I couldn’t imagine losing one of my children like that, but it’s the owner’s fault, not the dog’s breed.

“It may sound harsh or cruel, but we can’t worry about hurting people’s feelings. We must tell the truth. About 40 percent of the people who own these XLs probably shouldn’t have them.”

Wild history

Pit bull terriers were banned in Britain under the Dangerous Dogs Act in 1991 after a series of attacks.

But critics of the law say identifying them has proven difficult and has led to hundreds of owners wrongly confiscating their dogs.

Marlon, who has almost 800,000 followers on Instagram, claims that pit bulls and XLs come from the same breed of fighting dog.

He said: “At their core, the American Bully and the Pit Bull are the same dog.

“Some people will say that’s not the case, but before 1980, when people started creating ‘standards’ for dogs, they were all classified as the same thing.

“You can’t get away from the fact that they are bred for performance and come from fighting dogs, as disgusting as that sounds because I’m totally against them.”

Marlon (36) and wife Lisa (33) allowed the Hulk and his huge offspring to lick, cuddle and sleep with their sons Jordan (11) and seven-year-old Jackson.

The mammoth creature is worth a fortune because of its size.

He costs £50,000 to hire at stud and has sired 250 foals over 10 years, which sell for around £30,000 each.

Marlon and Lisa, who currently have 30 dogs, allowed their boys to train with the Hulk when they were just seven and two, encouraging the giant animal to ‘bite’ them while wearing a protective sleeve.

Marlon said: “We trust dogs with children because they have been with them since the boys were babies – and our dogs are properly trained.

“About 90 percent of people in this world don’t understand that dogs need structure, rules and boundaries.

“Just because you have a dog doesn’t mean you know anything about it. I have electricity, but I’m not an electrician.

“A lot of dogs attack in the family home and there is a reason for that. People don’t build structure around their pets and they know they need rules. You have to teach and train them and condition them properly.

“It’s like having children. You can have parents who have completely militant rules for their children, but treat their ‘cute’ little dog like a baby, turning him into a ticking time bomb.

“Humanizing a dog is extremely dangerous. Small, fleeting things can lead to misbehavior, like letting them jump on people or getting overly excited when they see their advantage.

“Most people reward all the wrong behaviors. When the dog gets scared or upset, they pat it and tell them ‘it’s okay, it’s okay’. They reward the dog for being in that state of mind by comforting and petting it.”

Wife Lisa adds, “It’s all about how you raise these dogs. Don’t train them to sit or not pull on the leash, but actually pick them up

“My kids could be the most intelligent in the world and know how to solve all the math problems, but they could be incredibly reckless at home because they have no rules or structure, and the same with animals.”

The couple say reintroducing dog licenses in the UK, which were abolished in 1988, could help the Government track down owners and insist they are educated.

Marlon said: “Unfortunately, there will always be people who don’t want to register and will be happy to break the law, but it’s a good way to identify who owns the dog and make sure they get the right education.”

Campaigners have been calling for a ban on XL Bully dogs for months, but animal welfare groups including the RSPCA, Blue Cross, The Kennel Club and the British Veterinary Association say banning certain breeds will fail.

And they want the Government to focus on poor owners and not on ‘bad’ dogs.

Marlon claims the XLs have a bad reputation for being associated with drug dealers and ‘hip hop gangsters’

He said: “I’m black, I have tattoos and I have big dogs that look aggressive to the outside world, but I know the psychology of those dogs. To me, that attitude shows how little people understand dogs.

“You are more likely to be attacked by a dog owned by your neighbor Suzanne who pampered her pet, treated it like a baby and gave it no boundaries or structure.”
