A WOMAN who was branded a pedophile after her followers mistook her for a 10-year-old boy has announced she is expecting triplets.
Lauren and Hannah Kaye got married this summer after two years of dating.

But the 31-year-old did not anticipate the barrage of abuse that would follow.
The couple are constantly watched by strangers because, despite Hannah being 29 – just three years younger than Lauren – she is often mistaken for a 10-year-old schoolboy.
But the defiant couple, who are now months away from becoming parents after IVF using Hannah’s eggs and donor sperm, have learned to ignore their haters.
“People think that I married a schoolboy and have his children. They are funny and uneducated – says 31-year-old Lauren, who has a ten-year-old son and a nine-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
“They don’t realize that my ‘ten-year-old’ wife is actually a 29-year-old woman.
“We’re thrilled to have triplets and we don’t care what people think they’re seeing. It makes us laugh.”
Social media promoter Lauren, who lives near Kingston, Surrey, and specialist engineer Hannah, are bracing for an even bigger reaction as the birth of their babies, due in June, approaches.
“I know the abuse is only going to get worse now that I’m pregnant,” says Lauren.
“I’m not going to be stressed about the haters.”
The couple met on Tinder two years ago and hit it off immediately.

Hannah proposed in January 2024 and the couple married seven months later at Surrey Registry Office.
They both knew they wanted to be parents and almost immediately flew to Northern Cyprus for the first round of IVF.
Having two children, Lauren was already excluded from NHS treatment in the UK.
The women spent £9,000 on reciprocal IVF, a fertility treatment option available to same-sex female couples and sometimes called shared motherhood.

It involves taking eggs from one woman, fertilizing them with a donor’s sperm before implanting the embryo into the uterus of another woman.
“We chose a Swedish sperm donor because he was closest to our skin tone and looks,” explains Hannah.
While Hannah underwent a stimulation cycle to get her body to produce the highest number of eggs for harvest, Lauren underwent uterine stimulation to prepare her body for pregnancy.

The couple says the treatment was grueling.
Lauren recalls, “It’s an exhausting and stressful process. Hannah’s eggs were collected and only three made it to the stage of successful fertilization.
“We decided to insert all three implants in order to have the best chance of conceiving.
“We knew that the chances of three embryos remaining in the womb were incredibly low and the doctors at the clinic advised us that this was the best decision.”
Three days after the implantation in September, Lauren did not feel well and took a pregnancy test.
“We were told to wait two weeks for testing, but I just had a feeling. When the test was positive, Hannah and I were delighted,” she says.
“Getting a positive pregnancy result three days after implantation is unheard of. It was a miracle.”
A JOYFUL MOMENT
Two weeks later, a blood test confirmed that Lauren was pregnant – and the scan revealed that she was pregnant with not just one, but three children.
“I was pregnant with triplets. It was a joyous moment for both of us,” says Lauren.
All three embryos are in separate placentas and Lauren goes for scans every two weeks to monitor the multiple pregnancy.
“Hannah and I joke that we have a three-for-one deal,” she says.
“To reach the three-month mark and for all the babies to develop happily is another miracle.”
Lauren and Hannah have been warned that the risk of losing one or more babies is high and know that triplets can often result in premature birth.
“We are ready for anything and hope for the best possible outcome,” says Lauren.
VIOLENT ATTACKS
But the couple’s happy news didn’t stop trolls from writing mean comments on Lauren’s Instagram.
The haters started their trolling when the couple posted their wedding photos on social media.
“Some people said it was sweet that my 10-year-old son walked me down the aisle,” says Lauren.
“While others violently attacked me because I was petting a ten-year-old boy. Even today, we walk down the street and people shout.
“Hannah is tough, but at first I was angry that our amazing wedding day photos were being attacked.
“Now I know trolls are so narrow minded. There is no point in dealing with them.”
Lauren learned to see the funny side of Hannah’s youthful pranks.
“I’ve paid thousands of pounds to look younger and change my body and appearance, but my wife is just lucky to have amazing genes,” he says.
“I am convinced that Hannah will never grow old. Our babies will be beautiful and youthful.”
But Hannah admits that her youthful appearance has some drawbacks, and she is constantly asked for IDs.
She reveals: “It is difficult to buy alcohol, a lottery ticket or even travel.”
“We were in an adults-only hotel and the staff told Lauren she couldn’t bring her 10-year-old son. Now we just laugh and carry ID cards.”
HOW TO REPORT TROLLS ON SOCIAL NETWORKS
X, formerly known as Twitter, is one of the most common trolling platforms on social media, so bosses have come up with many ways to combat the keyboard warriors.
Social media hits back at trolls with:
- A ‘mute’ feature that allows users to block notifications based on specific keywords and phrases
- By allowing users to collect multiple tweets, and thus multiple users, in a single complaint report called a ‘moment’
- You can also report an entire profile if it’s only set up for spamming or posting harmful content
You can report offensive photos and posts on Facebook by clicking the arrow in the top right corner and then ‘report post’.
On Instagram, you can click on the dashes in the top right corner of a post to report a post, the same dashes can be found next to individual comments.
The method can be used on TikTok to report both videos and comments.
Lauren, who first hit the headlines in January last year when she told of her incredible 15st weight loss after having a gastric sleeve fitted, says meeting Hannah changed her life.
“I knew I was gay, but I was in denial most of my life,” she says.
“I lost my dad in a plane crash in 1999, and my mom found love with another woman, and I was badly bullied because of that.
“I gave birth to two children with a man who chose to have what I considered ‘normal’. It wasn’t.
“Finally accepting the real me, completing the surgical makeover and weight loss, and finding Hannah and her love was the key to the new me.
“I have changed mentally and physically. Now I am the happiest in my life.”
Now, as the couple prepares for motherhood, Lauren says she is focused on her husband, family, pregnancy and career.
But Lauren faces a battle as she has been diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe type of morning sickness.
She says that this pregnancy is much more difficult than the previous two.
“Carrying my first two children, I had easy pregnancies. I had morning sickness, but nothing like with triplets,” she says.
“The babies will probably be premature. This could mean a long period in the hospital in intensive care.
The more clicks the more money I make and it’s better for my family… trolls increase my income so bring it on
Lauren Kaye
“We’re looking for things for babies, but we don’t buy things three at a time, we don’t want to buy anything.
“Getting to the end of the first trimester is a milestone. But we know the chances of a miscarriage or two are still there.
“Our focus is to welcome three healthy babies. We are growing our amazing family and taking everything from there.”
And as for the trolls, Lauren says that she laughs last – she has 29 thousand followers on Instagram, and even negative comments make her money.
She explains: “The more clicks, the more I earn and the better it is for my family.
“Trolls increase my income, so come on, I say.”
She adds: “Ten years ago, I thought the future was dark.
“Now I make a living online. I am healthier, a new woman, more in love than ever and expecting triplets.
“Let the trolls say what they will, I’ve never been happier.”
