Ihana Dhillon started her modeling career in 2009. In 2010, she returned to India and filmed her first TV show, Royal Jewels, for TLC. In 2013, Ihana made her Punjabi film debut, playing the role of “Minki” in the film Daddy Cool Munde Fool.
