One of Jane’s bra cups was soaked in blood after being attacked by a leech in the middle of the night.
The star of The Loose Women (62) slept all night with a pacifier on her chest, and by morning she was left with a bleeding and crying wound.
Jane revealed the traumatic encounter on Friday night’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here: Coming Out.
Sitting in a hotel after her elimination from the jungle, the mum-of-two told Grace: “Did you hear I got a leech in my bra?”
The program then cut to a flashback clip of Jane showing her wound to her jungle camp friends, saying: “It’s been pulling me up all night.”
Lifting her bra, Jane revealed to Grace, “This is what I woke up to this morning.”
Grace gasped before saying, “Oh my god, that’s scary!”
I’m A Celeb fans were also horrified by Jane’s revelation.
Writing on Xu, formerly known as Twitter, one Coming Out viewer said: “OH MY GOD! Blood on her bra from that leech.”
Another added: “Things I shouldn’t have seen: the inside of Jane’s bra!”

Jane was the first to leave the I’m Famous camp after the public vote.
Writing for The Sun after her release, the journalist mentioned her encounter with leeches, enumerating what she went through.
“Finding a leech in my bra wasn’t on my bucket list, but thanks to being famous I can now check it off,” Jane wrote.
“Along with drinking bull cock and fish eye cocktails (as you do), skydiving 10,000 feet above Australia’s Gold Coast, and diving into ice-cold water underground with snakes, eels, crustaceans and various reptiles that they are not impressed.
“Well, I said I wanted an adventure.
“I’ve also lost 10lb and made new friends who, before finding themselves trapped in the jungle with me, probably spent most of their lives trying to avoid the press.”
