I’M A Celebrity fans were left “shocked” as Frankie Dettori became the first camper to be eliminated from the series.
The Italian jockey, 52, said goodbye to his colleagues after ITV viewers complained he had “disappeared from camp”.

The other comrades were amazed by the results.
They quickly surrounded him with hugs before chanting “that’s the fix” as he left camp for good.
Frankie said the experience was “surreal” and “emotional”.
In his first interview with Ant and Dec, Frankie said: “It was so surreal and what an adventure.
“Yesterday it really hit me when I got a letter from our loved ones, you forget that there is a world watching you.
– We were out of our comfort zone for so long.
He continued: “Emotions have been up and down, I’ve been on a diet for 30 years, but this takes you to another level.
“The heat, the tiredness of the jungle, you just need some food in your stomach to fill your body. You slow down and wind down, even a bite of rice cheers you up.
“It was demanding, but we had a fantastic camp.”
Ant asked him if he was disappointed to be the first to come out, and he replied: “Yes, I am disappointed, but also very happy because I spent almost two weeks in the jungle. I conquered my fears of closed spaces and snakes all over the world the same task , I met wonderful people and it was a fantastic experience.”
Frankie then settled an argument over who was the better cook at camp – saying first date Fred was better in the kitchen.
Although he also said he wanted a larger-than-life” Sam Thompson to win the show.
Fans were stunned to see Frankie leave, with one writing: “What? I thought Nella was definitely going.”
Another posted: “Frankie shouldn’t have been the first – there were other people who should have gone before him.”
YouTube star Nella, 26, was the first person to be voted out of the jungle, followed by jockey Frankie at 2-1 odds and actor Nick Pickard at 4-1 odds.
While Marvin Humes and Nigel Farage are 14-1 odds to leave, with Tony Bellew and Fred Sirieix at 33-1 odds.
It comes after a packed episode where Nella took on her eighth trial, Fear at the Museum.
Arriving at the trial Ant said: “Why do you think the public voted for you?”
Nella replied, “I couldn’t tell you. I honestly don’t know. Either I’m good or I’m bad. But at this point it is what it is.”
Dec explained: “This is fear in the museum. In the jungle museum, you have to look for the stars that are hidden inside the exhibits.
“When you find a star, put it in your star bag. Only the stars that are in your star bag at the end of the trial count.
“However, this museum hasn’t been open for years, so it’s pretty dark inside. I’m trying to say it’s pitch black. You’ll have to search around to try and feel the stars. It only takes 10 minutes to find 10 stars.”
She blasted the trial after receiving 9 out of 10 stars and said: “It was very scary. I’m shaking. Fear of the unknown.
“I just remembered, Tony, he really believes in me and thinks I’m the strongest woman on the planet, confined space, you pushed it with that. In black, no. But me and Tony Bellew together.”
She added: “Guys, I’m very proud of myself. Usually when I get scared, I usually run away. This time I made it and we can eat.”
Meanwhile, fun-loving Frankie finds a snake at camp and the camp friends compete to win letters from home.
There were a lot of tears after the campers worked together and successfully won letters.
